Key Responsibilities:
Bartenders:
Craft creative and inspired cocktails with precision and flair.
Provide personalized recommendations to customers based on their preferences and menu offerings.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready for service.
Engage with patrons, creating a welcoming and lively atmosphere at the bar.
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages promptly and accurately, from handcrafted cocktails to beer and wine.
Collaborate with the kitchen and servers to ensure a seamless flow of orders and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Servers:
Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, setting the tone for their dining experience.
Knowledgeably describe menu items, including Mexican and Vietnamese traditional dishes, to guide guests in making their selections.
Take accurate orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen team.
Provide attentive and personalized service throughout the meal, addressing any special requests or dietary requirements.
Ensure tables are cleared and cleaned promptly to maintain an organized and inviting dining area.
Collaborate with bartenders and other team members to create a harmonious and efficient service environment.
Requirements:
Bartenders:
Previous bar tending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
Knowledge of mixology techniques and a passion for crafting innovative cocktails.
Strong understanding of various types of alcoholic beverages and their proper serving methods.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests and colleagues effectively.
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude during busy shifts.
Must meet legal drinking age requirements and possess relevant certifications, where applicable.
Servers:
Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
A genuine enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable dining moments.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team, contributing to a positive and energetic atmosphere.
