The Customer Marketing Senior Program Manager is responsible for creating marketing programs to increase retention and upsell and cross-sell pipeline.
In this position you will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to reduce customer churn and identify areas for product expansion within the Barracuda install base.
Strong communication skills and the ability to message effectively across different personas and buying stages will be key to achieving successful results.
The right candidate possesses a unique blend of customer marketing programs, customer journey understanding, and B2B experience.
What you’ll be working on
Work closely with various marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams to define the strategy and campaigns needed to drive customers’ adoption and expansion of Barracuda products and solutions
Build, execute and optimize integrated cross-sell, upsell, and retention campaigns across a variety of inbound and outbound marketing channels
Understand and map customer lifecycle from net-new logo through product ownership expansion
Analyze, interpret, and report on customer behavior, segmentation, churn, and retention data to build strategy and to maximize pipeline generation
Work with AMERICAS, EMEA and APAC marketing teams on regional execution and gain buy-in across functions and regions
Use existing key customer insights and data to create relevant and impactful messaging
What you bring to the role
7+ years of marketing experience in the B2B technology space, experience in IT security is a plus
Strong communication and writing skills
Analytical mindset, data and metrics driven
Experience with Marketo and Salesforce are a plus
Creative and innovative, with ability to keep messaging focused, simple, and relevant
Proven project management with an eye for detail
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent computer skills and strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

The anticipated salary range for this role is USD $144,000 - $154,000.
Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
