Position: PRN Aesthetician & Massage Therapist Location: Los Gatos, CA Compensation: $25-30 Base Salary + Productivity About Us: At our blooming medspa, we're committed to providing exceptional aesthetic services and rejuvenating massages to our valued clients.
With state-of-the-art facilities and a team of skilled professionals, we offer a comprehensive range of treatments designed to enhance beauty and wellness.
Responsibilities: * Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and more.
* Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to recommend personalized treatment plans.
* Provide relaxing and therapeutic massages to clients using a variety of techniques.
Lymphatic drainage is a plus.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipments.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional client experience.
* Educate and sell products for patient’s at home regiments.
Qualifications: * Valid Aesthetician license and Massage Therapy certification in California.
* Minimum of 1 years of experience in both aesthetic and massage therapy roles.
* Proficiency in performing a wide range of aesthetic treatments and massage techniques.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Commitment to upholding professional standards and ethics in the workplace.
