*Qualifications We Seek:* *Education Requirements: A valid state license is required.
Prior experience determines the level and technical interview.
* * Demonstrated punctuality and strong time management abilities.
* Capable of collaborating effectively within a team or working independently.
* Fundamental knowledge of cutting and color theory.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Previous experience with Aveda products is advantageous.
* Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience.
* Proficiency in current hair color trends.
* Confidence in performing various hair-cutting techniques.
* Friendly and outgoing personality.
* A consistently positive attitude.
* Commitment to long-term employment.
* Self-motivated and dependable.
* Continue advanced education and training to stay current in products.
* Work together as a team in a positive, respectful, and impactful way.

* Recommend appropriate products available for sale in the salon to allow guests.
* Cleaning and upkeep duties of salon and spa as assigned by the Salon Manager.
* Be open to coaching and feedback from management.
* Keep workstations clean, including sanitizing all tools.

* Recommend suitable products to allow guests to replicate results at home and enhance their experience.
* A valid California cosmetology license is mandatory.
