Volunteers for adopt a family (San jose)

Well I recently was working for ups and they try to pay me less then they offered so I mentioned it and now the haven’t called me back I contact the union he told me to call the manager who then told me the volume is low and he’ll call me if they need me.
Which I was getting called everyday before I complained.
I quit my other job just to work with ups now I got nothing for Christmas or any money and my kid is 17 with a disability I got grandkids and nothing to enjoy these holidays with.
I feel very upset and don’t know what to do.
So if any one is out there that’s willing to help with anythings it would be so much appreciated & also it’s to late to sign up for holiday help so if you got enough to adopt my family or feel like paying forward message me and ask anything you want.
