Looking to finance with licensed contractor to reroof house - $1 (los gatos)

Hello, we have three structures that need reroofing.
We have signed with an agent and would like to finance the new roof where the contractor would be paid out of escrow.
The main house is wood shake 3000 square feet; the garage is asphalt and is 600 square feet; the cottage is 350 square feet and is wood shake.
All three structures would be comp.
One side of the main house already has Malarkey comp so we might consider using that same version as we have some extra of that.
Otherwise, we would do a dark oak for all three structures.
The house was just repainted and it could benefit from a reroof.
We already have several quotes but financing is not available through them.
