NEEDED: Jeep 4.0 engine rebuild (milpitas)

Do you have experience rebuilding 4.
0L Jeep engines? If you're a machinist and would like a side job and have garage/tools to rebuild my engine please contact me, 1989 Jeep Cherokee 4.
0L, 198k mi, manual.
Engine suddenly started running on 4 or 5 cyl, plugs 2, 3 fouled, replaced them and no change, exhaust normal no smoke, just really stinky around the car maybe cat overloaded with gas.
Compression somewhat low in #1 cyl.
