I need my 9 I 718-9351 5 ft by hi bySpa Cover reuphostered - $400 (milpitas)

I have an older Free-flowo no u spa that needs a new cover.
They want $700 plus for a new cover which is about a 1/4 of what the entire spa cost brand new.
Is there anyone out there that would know how to reuphoster this cover if I purchase the vinyl material?
