lawyer to partner with to possibly sue employer over adverse reaction (mountain view)

I have reason to believe an employer took a wrongful action, an adverse action upon communicating that I was sick.
I am looking for a lawyer to partner with to possibly sue or settle with this employer.
I'd be willing to consider a 20-25% for contingency basis on an award or settlement.
