Looking for a good home - $30 (san jose south)

Tilly is a nine-year old mixed breed I inherited temporarily from my mother-in-law who recently began assisted living.
Tilly is very sweet and well behaved, calm, and good with kids as well as adults.
She is housebroken and easy to care for.
She has her latest rabies shot.
Since I already have a dog and live in a condo, space is limited.
A small re-homing fee of $30 would help me feel more comfortable about giving her up to a new owner.
