Help needed with groceries (San Jose)

Need help with groceries Lost my food stamps and cash aid Reapplied but I will be with out food for four weeks.
I have a lot of health issues which requires me to eat healthy and cook at home.
Sprouts is the nearest grocery store.
I need to get fish, and beet salads and yogurt, tofu, and some other vegetables and apples and cereal that is safe for me to eat+ oat milk.
Please email me if you can help me! If I don't have food, I will go into hypoglycemic shock and seize, and become handicapped+hospitalized.
Please let me know if you can meet on Friday or Saturday (I am available this weekend to meet at sprouts on Almaden expressway and branham)
