Mini flatbed trailer $100 (san jose downtown)

I have a mini flatbed trailer with no tongue this means there is no trailer hitch/ receiver as in the pic #2 and there is no lights as is 100 bucks this week only The trailer is 52x75 top deck metal diamond plate the trailer from one side wheel to the other side wheel outer side 74 in it's 9 ft 4 in Long from front to where the tongue should be
