--- About The Global Product & RD team is building up core TikTok products to ensure TikTok continues a healthy growth, deliver the best product experience to all of our users, build the most attractive features to help users enjoy their time on TikTok, earn trust in privacy protection, and more.

The business lines are ranging from Monetization Technology, Data, Machine Learning, System, Infrastructure, AR Effects, Security Technology and more.
--- Responsibilities - Analyze compliance requirements with Legal teams, prioritize problems to solve, and define creative compliance strategies and product solutions - Drive the vision, roadmap, and strategic direction of key investment areas in product, development, operations, and customer research throughout the regulatory lifecycle and user journey on TikTok - Work collaboratively with cross-functional and product teams to develop goals, business strategies, and product features to meet regulatory requirements Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of product management experience in regulatory compliance, privacy, and/or enterprise platforms - 5+ years of experience in product management experience in consumer and/or enterprise products - Experience in privacy, regulatory compliance, security, policy, law, or other related field - Strong collaboration and team alignment skills, particularly with cross-functional and global leadership teams - Experience performing product-oriented quantitative and qualitative analyses - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail --- Preferred Qualifications - MBA degree - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field - Experience building 0-1 products - Technical experience in front-end, backend and/or AI technologies - 5+ years of experience with user experience design --- TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.

com --- #LI-Hybrid Job Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165000 - $372600 annually.
​ Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
