We are currently looking for a new member to join us as a Sales Representative to grow our electronics manufacturing business.
Must be highly motivated, hardworking and a team player to fill the position.
We are looking for a person with a growth mindset and who is motived to identify potential customers.
Ideally, we would partner with these customers to fulfill their electronics SMT assembly needs.
Required to make sales calls and sales emails to customers who could come from the automotive, medical, defense, aerospace & general industrial markets.
Develop a pipeline of opportunities and expanding the customer base within the territory ultimately leading to SMT Assembly business.
Candidate will be required to manage sales calls and opportunity records.
Responsibilities:
Develop new business prospects and qualify new sales leads
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
Create, plan and deliver presentations on company services
Assist in preparing proposals and negotiating contracts with customers
Track all sales activity and keep current by updating account info regularly
Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with customers and prospects
Attend relevant tradeshows for sales prospecting
Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Knowledge of PCB/SMT assembly
3+ years sales experience
Bachelor’s degree in business or related preferred OR Associate degree or higher in business sales, engineering or related field
Highly self-motivated work with minimal supervision
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient with MS Office
Have experience working with customers in a pre-sales technical role
Have outstanding skills presenting to both technical and executive audiences whether impromptu or using presentations and demos.

Weekly day range:
Monday to Friday
Compensation will be determined based on experience.
