The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Team by delivering top-quality marketing collateral to support our ongoing brand awareness and enrollment growth for the organization - Stratford School Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Team, Graphic Designers, PR agency, IT, and various key stakeholders to support Stratford School and its enrollment-driven marketing campaigns that span traditional, grassroots, and social media channels Project Management: In partnership with the Marketing Team, manage a variety of projects from creation to completion, ensuring ongoing communication with stakeholders.
Research and make recommendations on additional vendors based on a project's requirements Campaign tracking and reporting Coordinate multi-media design and print requests, helping to manage and organize print orders, shipments, and self-fulfillment portals Maintain and pull lists from various CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Netsuite, and HubSpot Create PowerPoint/Google Slide presentations to effectively convey marketing initiatives Support invoice and budget tracking Manage social media channels and campaigns, including the ability to create posts, respond to internal messages, convey performance indicators, and coordinate setup and training for campus teams General copywriting, editing, and auditing campaign messaging to ensure consistency throughout brands and their various channels Provide support for virtual and grassroots marketing events Prepare campaign reports to track progress and measure success Manage additional projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor And as with all Spring Education Group employees, there will be times when you’ll be back-up to colleagues and pitch in to do whatever is needed to help others All of this is in support of our mission - “We Grow Schools" It’s our collaborative culture in action Who we are looking for: A highly organized and positive team player who can pivot between multiple projects with astute attention to detail and an ability to work against stringent/tight deadlines Ability to work with multiple team members and campus staff with an exceptional level of professionalism Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and pitch in where needed Ability to prioritize projects and communicate status updates effectively to the team Analytical skills to help identify patterns in marketing trends and campaign data to help improve future campaigns Passionate about marketing processes and measuring outcomes making use of both soft and hard marketing skills Creative and enthusiastic with the ability to use both soft and hard marketing skills to help build stronger relationships with your colleagues and communicate more effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Requirements: Bachelor's (Preferred) Proficiency in Excel, Google Drive, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Facebook, and Instagram with a willingness to learn additional platforms as needed Other Requirements: The position supports hybrid work with a combination of standard office environment work at our Campbell, California Home Office and remote work, as well as periodic site visits to our school campuses in the Bay Area and Southern California.
The position frequently involves long hours and widely diverse duties.
Must be able to bend, stoop, perform extensive walking, and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
Works in a fast-paced environment dealing with a wide variety of challenges, deadlines, and a diverse array of contacts.
Extensive computer time extended periods of sitting and flexibility in hours based on business demands.
Travel by car and air when necessary.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
