*Job Description:*
Join our growing team based in Cupertino with representatives across the country with our new business model.
Our innovative approach has separated customer service from new customer acquisition by employing sales representatives nationally.
This means our customer service team can focus on our existing customers and providing the best experience possible.
We maintain 3 Team Members in office, but with over 20 representatives in our group we offer more peer interaction and training then a typical local insurance office.
*Requirements:*
· Currently hold Property & Casualty License
· Currently hold Life & Health License (or willing to obtain)
· Previous experience in insurance customer service
· State Farm experience preferred
· Spanish speaking preferred
· Handle customer requests over the phone, email, text and in person
· Work model in office Monday through Friday
· Microsoft Teams is used to communicate with our growing team
*Responsibilities:*
· Provide advice, helping customers determine the best auto, fire, life and disability coverage for their families
· Ability to discuss accounts with customers to answer questions, respond to inquiries, update coverage and make sure everything is working well for them
· Support current customers by handling phone calls, transfers, claims and correspondence
· Conduct Annual Reviews and New Customer Orientations
· Establish positive working relationships with clients, underwriters, repair services, and the local community
*Benefits :*
· Competitive Compensation: Base pay range is $55,000 to $70,000.
