*General Purpose:*
Create New Business that results in revenue and operating profit growth for our advanced PCB technology factories including Rigid Circuits, Flexible Circuits, Rigid-Flex Circuits, and Turnkey Assembly.
*Principle Responsibilities:*
* Reports to the Americas Regional Lead but drives new business across all segments in assigned territory.
* Call on new accounts with high revenue, OP and growth potential.
* Complete presentation, benefit statement proposal, quote, and contract negotiation process.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from call to cash.
* Responsible for follow-up of all outstanding Quotes to determine what is Won, Lost or Pending.
Ensures that all Pending Quotes are followed to fruition.
* Work with Technology, Operations, and Management on strategic planning for Advanced Technology Business Pipeline.
* Proactively provides revenue forecasts for all key customers and prospects for next 1-3yrs.
* Interacts regularly with executives, customers and operations in the factories.
* Drives strategies to deliver customer requirements and recommend Multek capabilities in manufacturing and engineering services.
* Responsible to follow up with Finance and Customer to ensure that any jobs on hold or open A/R issues are addressed and closed in a timely manner.
* High level contact for negotiations with customer on all contracts, pricing and other business items.
* Participates in Profit and Loss (P&L) analysis, responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
* Travel as required

*Minimum Qualifications:*
* Possess a wide client contact base, deep vertical expertise, and knowledge of sales trends in specific market segments
* Advanced Engineering product sales including ability to speak to PCB Manufacturing process.
* Proactive and High Accountability to Forecasting, Pipeline management & Business Planning.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.

* · Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience

Pay: $110,000.
