* Farmers Agency with approximately $165k in revenue is becoming available in the San Jose/Milpitas area.
The seller has many high-end vehicles and auto collectors in the Agency that make it an ideal fit for the right car enthusiast.
The asking price is $275k.
* Farmers Agency with $70k in renewal income is available for sale in the San Jose area! The asking price is $105k.
*Responsibilities:* * Building and maintaining solid relationships with clients to identify their insurance needs, educate, and provide advice on their insurance needs.
* Utilizing knowledge of insurance products to educate and recommend appropriate policies for clients.
* Providing excellent customer service to policyholders, including responding to emails, calls, and questions that arise.
* Actively networking and prospecting to generate leads and increase business.
* Attending training and continuing education programs to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
