*Purpose & Objective:*
The Sales Consultant / Service Advisor role is pivotal to our business's success.
This position primarily involves professionally presenting customers with recommended services and repairs based on their specific needs, goals, and preferences, while also assisting in administrative and customer service functions.

*Primary Responsibilities:*
Sales: Effectively communicate repair and service recommendations to customers in line with company standards and best practices.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, in person, and text.
Customer check-in/out
Administrative: Generate repair orders, assist in processing part orders/returns, and coordinate repairs and services under managerial guidance.
Other Tasks: Fulfill various duties as required to ensure smooth shop operations
