Employee Experience Team

Chegg’s Employee Experience team is seeking a summer intern to provide event, marketing, and communication coordination and support to the team whose goal is to create a vibrant employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.
Responsibilities:
Manage program coordination balancing different timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
Assist in project planning and mapping out the annual employee experience calendar.
Coordinate event marketing for marquee internal events, including Chegg Leadership Week planning.
Capture, edit, and compile content for events to be shown across various mediums.
Build, edit, and maintain company intranet pages.
Write communications and draft announcements and calendar invites to help drive engagement in company events and activities.
Support employee recognition programs (as needed).
Support internal and external communications for Chegg’s internship program.
Manage meeting logistics for live and virtual events.
Assist in the creation of Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoints.
Assist in project management of Employee Experience programs.
Other administration, research, and coordination duties as necessary.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree from a four-year, accredited college or university
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; including Excel
Willingness to learn and an enthusiasm for people
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact and work with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work
Ability to stay focused but be flexible
