Therefore, the consumer can pay in their local currency, whereas businesses will receive payment in their local currency at zero additional currency exchange fee.
*As the market becomes more demanding, we need to expand our team, especially Business Development Specialist.

*Responsibilities:*
* Prospect, qualify, and maintain a well-developed pipeline of sales leads, negotiating and closing contracts with prospective clients.
* Coordinate with team members to optimize sales efforts, ensuring quotas are met or exceeded.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of business development efforts with overall company goals and objectives.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards governing the fintech sector, and assist in addressing any compliance-related issues that may arise during business development activities.
* Stay updated on the latest fintech products, services, and technologies, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
*Qualifications:*
* Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
* Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic business environment.
* Strong problem-solving abilities to analyze challenges, propose solutions, and overcome obstacles encountered in business development activities.
* Genuine interest and enthusiasm for the fintech industry, demonstrated through coursework, personal projects, or extracurricular activities related to finance and technology.
