The AdTech & Data Ventures Advertising Business Systems team is responsible for supporting Onboarding, Billing, Sales Workflow, Media Planning,Creative Operation automation, Data Commercialization for Advertisers and Suppliers .
This team is responsible to support both onsite/offsite display ads and sponsored products.
The team's charter is to build and maintain software applications to help our business partners/advertisers to automate the onboarding to billing processes to increase the advertiser's adoption.
We are a team of software engineers whose strengths are: (1) building and managing scalable software applications for Onboarding, Billing, Sales Workflow, Media Planning, and Creative Operation automation use cases (2) automate processes and perform system integrations (3) achieve business KPIs which are set-up for the automation and process efficiency goals.

Building, Delivering, and working with a world-class group of engineers to build a highly engaged in-house software applications that operate at Walmart-scale.
Inculcating the culture and values of growth mindset, technical entrepreneurship, design thinking, engineering excellence, data-first approach, and innovation Being a role model for behaviors such as - being data-intensive while taking everyday decisions, approach everyday problems with scientific temperament and rigor, having a customer-first mind-set, maintaining the highest standards for operational and engineering excellence Working with your teams and other technical leaders to ensure our coding and development processes are scaling and evolving with modern development/CI-CD/engineering practices.
Co-creating the engineering roadmaps for the team and help transition our platforms to highly configurable and manageable micro-services architecture using next gen technologies.
Owning and driving the operational excellence and engineering excellence metrics Engaging with Product Management and Business stakeholders to drive the agenda, set your priorities and deliver awesome platforms and products.
Ensuring that you are on top of the hiring targets, operational excellence, budget management and the required operating rhythm.
Regularly interacting with Walmart engineering teams across geographies to leverage expertise and contribute to the vibrant tech community What you'll bring: 7+ years of Salesforce experience in software development, ideally focusing on CRM enterprise systems that span across multiple Salesforce clouds such as Sales, salesfoService and Marketing.
At least 2+ years of leadership experience in leading engineering teams, attracting talent and mentoring.
Carry a strong sense of ownership and accountable, self-discipline and focus on high quality deliverables, and team orientation and design thinking, efficiency, and innovation.
Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of your team members.
Help develop their careers and assign them to projects tailored to their skill levels, personalities, work styles, and professional goals.
Participate in code review, facilitate design discussions, and optimize the engineering practices.
Experience in developing applications based on Apex and Salesforce Lightning Framework Hands of experience with CRM Data Models , Community SSO , Salesforce CPQ , Customer experience cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Track record of delivering high-impact products in broadly defined subject domains.
Exposure to Rest and GraphQl based integrations b/w Salesforce and other non-CRM Applications.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
