Account Manager

We are currently seeking an Operations/Area Manager to assist with day to day activities of the Operations Department.
These activities include the management of both employees and sub-contractors.
The Area Manager oversees two of the four core services which include: Janitorial / Day Porter Pressure Washing Company vehicle, company gas card, company phone, and company laptop are provided for business use.
Job Duties: Actively inspect sites for quality assurance at both commercial and retail centers in the San Jose Area.
Interact and develop good working relationships with property managers Meet customers on site for site walkthroughs Seek out add-ons for current services Provide quotes and coordinate additional service work Ensure customer files are kept current Provide prompt corrective action for service-related issues or complaints Execute payroll reporting Train both staff and subcontractors Ensure staff are properly equipped with the right tools, equipment, and supplies Qualifications / Requirements High School Diploma is required; BA or BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred.
At least two years of experience in supervisory role.
Computer literacy skills required.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Experience must include in-depth business PC and spreadsheet knowledge.
