Job Description: We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Marketing Manager to spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies.
Our goal is to foster growth, elevate brand recognition, and enhance customer engagement.
As the Marketing Manager, you will take charge of the entire marketing spectrum, encompassing market analysis, product positioning, lead generation, content marketing, social media, events, and customer retention.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of B2B software market (CX, Call Centers, AI), coupled with the ability to craft and implement impactful marketing initiatives that fuel revenue and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities: Play a pivotal role in multi-channel marketing and sales planning.
This involves analyzing competitive products/services, selling tactics, market trends, budgets, pricing, and distribution.
Develop and design various materials, such as newsletters, brochures, and statement inserts, ensuring impactful communication.
Utilize MiaRec’s social channels to spotlight upcoming software releases, updates, events, and opportunities for both current and potential customers.
Craft compelling advertising, including the creation of ad copy, promotional content, and visual layouts for diverse media and social channels.
Drive social media outreach by actively managing and posting content on key platforms like Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
Utilize HubSpot daily, taking ownership of the Marketing tech stack to devise strategies, generate management reports and demonstrate the ROI of marketing investments to leadership.
Support creative media development such as image sourcing, videos, and infographics.
Lead ABM marketing strategy Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts (manage designer team, collaborate with content aggregation website etc.
).
Assist in dissecting marketing data, evaluating campaign outcomes, conversion rates, and traffic patterns to inform future marketing strategies.
Create, oversee and manage marketing content including blog posts, videos, infographics, event marketing content, technical documents, and other materials that resonate with the target audience.
Manage, lead, and help your direct reports, fostering their success in alignment with company commitments.
Maintain the company website to ensure its relevancy and effectiveness.
Qualifications: BA/BS in marketing, communications or equivalent preferred.
Proven 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
Proficiency in branding, marketing, design principles and best practices.
Demonstrated knowledge of social media tools and social media business etiquette.
Thorough understanding of marketing elements, including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media and market research methods.
HubSpot certified with 3+ years’ experience.
Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator is a must), email marketing solutions, website content management systems (WordPress, Drupal), and basic HTML.
Proficiency in Rollworks or other ABM platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Solid planning and organization skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
Experience building a marketing team in a growing business (preferred in the B2B technology industry).
Positive “can do” attitude with a determination to make things happen.
Excellent independent problem-solving skills.
Plus: Experience implementing, “They Ask You Answer” or a similar proven Inbound marketing framework.
