As an Inside Sales in lead generation and account prospecting, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Lead Generation:
Leverage market research to identify emerging opportunities and prospective clients nationwide.
Utilize database tools to identify, filter, and qualify potential leads in target territories.
Evaluate and filter all inbound leads from website to trade event to ensure all opportunities are investigated.
Develop and implement targeted lead generation strategies aligned with sales team objectives.
Account Prospecting:
Initiate effective cold campaigns to grab interest and engagement by articulating our value proposition, tailoring approaches to resonate with client needs.
Build a robust pipeline of opportunities through consistent and effective cold calls, emails, social media, and networking campaigns.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly outreach quotas and converting leads.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
Effectively support 5 or more outside sales managers, covering the entire North America.
Efficiently move leads toward meeting engagement for the outside sales team, ensuring a smooth account transition.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative efforts and discussions.
Work in conjunction with sales team to manage regional reps, ensure effective prospecting campaigns are executed.
Experience:
Proven track record in inside sales, specifically with a focus on successful lead generation.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
