Noodle & Boo is seeking a qualified Business Development Rep who has 3-7 years’ experience developing new sales channels for consumer goods companies.
Our ideal candidate is ambitious and loves the hunt! Job Description Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business leads and opportunities.
Proactively reach out to prospective clients through outbound calls to introduce products.
Schedule and organize meetings for the Territory Sales Representatives with potential clients.
Set and strive to meet individual performance metrics and KPI’s aligned with the Company’s goals.
Regularly assess personal performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Be well versed in the Company’s products to effectively communicate product knowledge to potential clients.
Experience and Skills: Computer competency (Windows, Microsoft suite).
1+ year of CRM use (NetSuite preferred).
1+ year Cold calling and partnership development experience.
Ability to evaluate, qualify, and score the viability of new leads.
Strong time management, prioritization, and follow up skills.
Willingness to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Effective communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
