Accountable for Service Delivery Operations or strategic complex part of a SDO within North America with a key focus on the incubation services we deliver to our client.

Growing understanding of the business strategy and ability to function as an advocate and influencer of others.
Value creation and idea sharing relating to strategic opportunities.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Minimum 7 years of experience in operations delivery Minimum 7 years of experience managing teams.
Minimum 7 years of experience in client engagement.
Preferred Qualifications: Global experience Role requires some travel for on-site training and/or client meetings.
