We are looking for a Sales Operations Project Manager who has a passion for sales and project management and is ready to hit the ground running.
This role will report to the Sr.
Sales Operations Manager and will involve oversight of sales operations activities, including leveraging and maintaining a CRM tool and the MS Office suite, as well as managing the RFP response process.
As a Sales Operations Project Manager, you will be involved with:
RFP Management: Take the helm in managing the RFP response process for both health insurance exchanges and State Health and Human Services agencies, ensuring that proposals are compliant, compelling, and responsive to the specific needs of these entities.
Project Management: Oversee sales and implementation projects essential for the integration and improvement of services to health insurance exchanges and Health and Human Services agencies.
Sales Support: Manage sales support process functions, including pipeline management, qualified marketing lead management and reporting, participating in internal sales and Business Develpment meetings, and maintenance of CRM tool.
Process Improvement: Implement ongoing improvements to sales operations, and reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments within the company to gather content for RFP responses and ensure that content reviews are completed.
Technology Management: Manage CRM, reporting tools, and other sales enablement technologies to meet the specific needs of health insurance exchanges and Health and Human Services agencies, with a focus on maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, Health Administration, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in sales operations or project management in technology or SaaS companies.
Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
Exceptional communication abilities to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders within the company.
While not required, the ideal candidate will have:
Demonstrable expertise in the RFP process, particularly within the health insurance and public health sectors.
Thorough knowledge of the operational frameworks and regulatory requirements governing health insurance exchanges and Health and Human Services agencies.
Proficiency in CRM and relevant sales tools, with a commitment to upholding data privacy and security regulations.
Project management certifications (e.
g.
, PMP, CAPM) are preferred.
Familiarity with healthcare policies including the Affordable Care Act (ACA), state-specific Health and Human Services rules, and federal regulations.
Interest in and a proactive approach to staying informed on policy and technological changes affecting health insurance exchanges and Health and Human Services agencies.
