Marketer - Outside Sales

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance available after 90 days-company will pay 50% of your medical Incentive structure will be in the workplace after 6 months Company vehicle with gas card Company phone and laptop Flexible hours Part-time office/part-time mobile working Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 yearly Responsibilities: Promote our brand and our services and broaden our customer base Cold calling Attending events for associations that we are signed up for trade shows, lunches, evening events Must ensure we have all items needed for events we are attending Must be able to work evenings a few days a week (from time to time work on the weekend) Sign up to volunteer your time to help set up events (so our company name will be advertised more) Look for opportunities to set up our own events and doing things throughout the year with customers Setting up lunches and events for potential customers and existing customers Setting up and attending office meet and greets and slideshows Assist with running email campaigns and follow up with customers Coordinate walks with estimators and new clients when clients wish to receive an estimate Work with company employees and estimators on the direction of which customers we desire Identify new customers that would be a great fit for our company Business strategize to determine and meet our growth goals Track success and connections on a CRM Specifically, your job will be to bring in more work for the company and increase relationships with new and existing clients Qualifications: Experience is preferred but not required Must have experience working with HOA's or the apartment industry or someone with sales experience Must be a team player Must be reliable Must have a Valid driver's license Must have a positive and confident personality Must be professional at all times Must be creative and innovative Must have an upbeat personality Must be able to approach strangers and not afraid to make new work relationships Must be to multi-task About Company C&A Painting LLC is a family-owned company in San Jose.
