KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director of Corporate Affairs, AI and Digital Innovation to join our Corporate Communications organization.
Responsibilities: Develop and oversee a comprehensive communications strategy for employee engagement around digital innovation and Artificial Intelligence (AI), working closely with a cross-functional change management team Create, design, and produce innovative content and communications to support the employee engagement campaign, leveraging digital channels and new techniques to reach various audiences Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for colleagues across Corporate Affairs on the same topic Measure the effectiveness of our digital innovation and AI internal communications strategy, track progress against key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements Qualifications: Minimum eight years of recent experience in digital innovation and artificial intelligence, including working effectively with senior leaders and developing an understanding of one or more business functions Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university Must demonstrate understanding and experience with tech communications and change programs; enjoy working with technology and be committed to staying up to date on industry trends and best practices Demonstrate flexibility and be proactive in building relationships; be an idea builder who can lead and excel in a high performing environment Possess a strong track record of developing successful strategies and content for multiple communications channels; agency experience preferred Must have exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, including the ability to present concepts confidently and persuasively; strong project management skills with keen attention to detail and deadlines KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
