Enghouse Transportation & Public Safety is currently looking for a Sales Manager - New Logo to sell our Transit and Ticketing Solutions within the USA.
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and growing the Enghouse Transportation market, focusing on automated fare collection solutions, Ticketing solutions, and associated hardware.
You should have existing strong relationships with municipal and state transportation agencies.
Enghouse Telexis is on the preferred vendor list in the State of California.
Your responsibilities will include:
Promote the company’s services and solutions to drive growth with new clients through external relationships and networks with public and private transit agencies.
Manage complex sales; including navigating transit authority/government organizations and multiple selling strategies and have experience managing RPF processes.
Have visibility on the relevant RFPs and tenders published in all the US States.
Actively follow and monitor the various sources (websites) in which RFPs and tenders are published and selecting, and prioritizing the relevant ones.
Managing the bid team to prepare bids for the RFPs and Tenders (comply with the juridical and contractual pre-requisites and meet the functional and non-functional requirements).
Own the development of an executable strategy for specific pipeline development that supports the assigned sales goals.
Anticipate Customers’ requirements and possible challenges - make our customers successful.
Engage in all phases of the sales lifecycle including: identifying and developing leads; meeting with clients; developing value propositions; financial deal structuring; contract negotiation and closing.
Ensure all targeted prospect/client contacts and engagement opportunities are recorded in Salesforce.
com (SFDC).
To be successful in this role, you bring:
5+ years of enterprise-level sales experience in transportation, transit, or public safety industries, with a focus on Intelligent Transport Systems and Software.
Consistent track record of exceeding revenue and quota targets.
Proven prospecting skills with existing relationships with public or private transit authorities.
Comfortable managing a multi-million dollar quota.
Hunter mentality with effective prospecting skills to identify, penetrate, and close new logo business.
Familiarity with MEDDIC strategy preferred.
