A day in this role is likely to vary each day from advising on cross-org programs with multiple stakeholders, to running a strategic business review with key executives and cross-functional stakeholders, brainstorming with functional exec leaders on a new initiatives, or helping define our prioritization framework for investment.
Partner across Cisco to responsibly implement initiatives using Generative AI – to power growth, while helping to build an inclusive future for all.
Implement robust AI-based growth marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
Drive efficiency in our content operating model to ensure we’re leveraging efficiency gains through GenAI Harness AI and ML tools to analyze and predict customer behaviors and market trends, utilizing these insights to inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate AI technologies in diverse marketing initiatives, including personalized campaigns, predictive analytics, customer segmentation, and content optimization.
Measure and report on the performance of AI-driven growth marketing campaigns, assessing against KPIs and ROI.
Translate complex AI-generated data into strategic insights and recommendations, driving continuous improvement and efficiency in marketing efforts.
Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and advancements, evaluating their potential application and impact on our growth marketing strategies.
Foster and manage relationships with external AI vendors and partners to ensure the company's growth objectives are met.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
An advanced degree is preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of GTM/Direct B2B Marketing experience Proven leadership experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on using AI for driving growth, preferably within the technology sector.
Comprehensive knowledge of AI technologies, ML algorithms, and their practical application in growth marketing.
Proficiency with AI-powered marketing and analytics tools.
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable growth strategies.
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
Commitment to staying abreast of AI industry trends and advancements.

Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target.
Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
