You will define priorities for our core customer segments.
You will drive business growth, working closely with Customers, Product Management, Sales and Partners to drive pipeline and bookings.
The ideal candidate will have deep familiarity with the Product Analytics and Product Experience market, product-led growth, be passionate about customer success, and exude ownership of the business and be able to demonstrate ability to influence in a matrixed environment.
What you’ll do Own the overall go-to-market strategy and success of Adobe Product Analytics.
This includes cross-functional leadership to deliver on key success factors.
You will define a clear vision for the business and develop growth drivers for success, including: audience definition, customer needs, pricing, packaging, value proposition, messaging, competitive analysis, sales enablement and marketing strategy.
Partner closely with Product Management on setting category and product strategy, as well as influence and refine short and long-term product roadmap, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach.
Develop compelling marketing collateral, including product messaging, case studies, whitepapers, and other materials that resonate with target audiences.
Develop deep knowledge of the business and be the expert in market trends, competitive landscape, and market growth drivers Be a powerful storyteller with expertise on customer empathy, motivations, and pain points.
Requirements 10+ years of proven experience in product marketing, with a consistent track record of performance Deep and demonstratable understanding of the product analytics, experience analytics, and product platform categories (buying teams, user needs, use cases, trends, vendor landscape, etc.
) Experience developing positioning, messaging and GTM strategies for product analytics or product experience management solutions.
Be able to demonstrate successful experience developing and executing enterprise B2B sales plays, as well as experience creating and leading sales enablement.
Proven experience working closely with enterprise sales teams to develop account plans, support deals and be a force multiplier on key accounts.
Analytical orientation.
Excellent at both quantitative and qualitative analysis, with consistent track record to creatively problem-solve with a bias for action Ambitious, self-starter with a positive, upbeat demeanor.
Problem solver who can identify and set short and long term strategic priorities Strong project management skills including conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, handling deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations Creative and nimble.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.
S.
geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
The U.
S.
pay range for this position is $146,300 -- $246,400 annually.
Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
