Join us! TikTok’s Lead Ads team is part of the TikTok Monetization Product organization and is responsible for building lead generation solutions that enable businesses to create seamless interactions with their customers while ensuring our community feels comfortable and safe on the platform.
This team aims to provide intuitive, simplified solutions that grow advertiser activation, retention and ARPA via enhanced delivery experience, performance and higher ROI.
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to build automotive vertical solutions and lead quality optimization solutions.
You will help automotive clients to sell cars to TikTok users with high efficiency and ROI.
And you will help lead gen advertisers to build offline signal postback channels to improve their lead quality.
Responsibilities: - Responsible for lead generation automotive vertical revenue and lead quality - Analyze and diagnose business problems, identify client's pain points and priorities, lead short and long-term business strategy and implementation plans of responsible area - Design montization product on both frontend and backend, and manage the product lifecycle end-to-end, working with globally cross-functional partners for successful development, go-to-market, operation, and demand-generation efforts to provide end-to-end solutions for lead generation clients Qualifications - BA/BS degree in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics or Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with signal/measurement/machine learning/recommendation systems is a plus - Minimum of 3 years experience in online advertising in a product management role, with demonstrated leadership in the management of a product (or portfolio of products) through the software development lifecycle, from conception to launch to ongoing performance measurement and optimization - Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking - Excellent documentation, presentation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role - Understanding of ad products, especially in signal and optimization areas Preferred Qualifications: - Fluency or proficiency in Mandarin, for product launches and communication with external stakeholders - Experience in automotive marketing areas TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
