Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company As the Director of Web Marketing, you'll oversee the strategic direction and execution of our website, which serves as a crucial driver of new business for the company.
You'll be accountable for achieving monthly and quarterly pipeline goals by product and segment, leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.
Your scope will encompass UX design, conversion rate optimization, and SEO initiatives, with a focus on driving measurable impact.
This role fits within the Growth team at BILL.
The BILL website supports and drives pipeline for multiple products and customer segments, and is a key driver of new business for the company.
They are ultimately accountable to monthly/quarterly pipeline goals by product and segment.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Set the overall strategy and roadmap for the website, aligning initiatives with business growth goals and ensuring a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
Performance Optimization: Drive projects aimed at improving conversion rates and enhancing user journeys, leveraging data-driven insights to deliver measurable results.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a talented team of web marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as Product Marketing, Brand, and Growth to understand their goals and incorporate them into the website roadmap, ensuring alignment across all functions.
Platform Expertise: Own the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Webflow or similar web platforms, maximizing their potential to support our business objectives.
SEO Strategy: Lead a performance-oriented SEO team with aggressive growth goals, collaborating with developers to implement best practices and drive organic traffic.
Technology Integration: Utilize your experience with Marketo and Salesforce to integrate marketing automation and CRM systems, optimizing lead generation and tracking performance metrics.
We’d love to chat if you have: 12+ years of experience in B2B web/digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
Deep understanding of B2B user journeys and how the website supports them, coupled with experience in PLG and lead generation strategies.
Demonstrated ability to lead performance-oriented SEO teams and drive projects that improve conversion rates.
Experience collaborating with developers to enhance website experiences and working cross-functionally to incorporate diverse business goals into the website roadmap.
Proficiency in Webflow or similar web platforms, coupled with experience with Marketo and Salesforce.
