This person will be part of a highly visible, fast-moving team and will be responsible for market development and downstream execution for our AI portfolio globally, with a strong focus on the US market.

A Day in the Life Develop and execute downstream market development plan for the US: Define and execute on the annual market development plan with key milestones and initiatives Collaborate with regional teams to set specific goals, action plans, and timelines for execution.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure plans success Communicate timely updates and business progress to leadership on key initiatives Partner with sales team and sales leadership on market activation initiatives and product launches Provide day-to-day support to global sales teams: Be the subject matter expert and act as a trusted advisor for education across functional teams Engage regions to understand daily challenges, opportunities, and customer feedback.
Offer guidance, share best practices, and provide assistance to help overcome obstacles and achieve sales targets Maintain a strong support network to OUS partners and ensure smooth flow of information Be ready and able to travel to support field teams with key customer meeting, trainings, and conferences with primary focus on US market Plan and execute conference participation, mindful of budget allocation, to maximize technology footprint at industry events.
Create impactful messaging Develop and deliver updated collateral materials including brochures, presentations, and digital assets, working in close collaboration with clinical, regulatory, legal and AI marketing peers Collaborate with integrated marketing to refine and execute campaigns across digital advertising and promotional activities for conferences and other key events to reach target audience and drive demand Communicate with key stakeholders including health care professionals and societies to elevate GI Genius mindshare and market adoption Forecasting Review and analyze sales and market data, identifying trends and accuracy.
Utilize market insights and region input to project future sales and inventory needs Be in lockstep with innovation partners to forecast inventory needed for upcoming product launches including hardware and software including AI Access Ability to travel up 50% Must Have: Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree required Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing or market development, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in marketing or market development Nice to Have MBA Execution and result oriented mindset Experience developing a new market, i.
