You will be an essential part of our pipeline-generating team, working with resources across the entire company to achieve success.

ROLE
Propel’s Sales Development team is looking for energetic team players to join us.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Propel, you will be the first point of contact for the vast majority of our target market.
This is an exciting chance to generate a meaningful pipeline that directly impacts our organizational growth.
Helping to identify and engage prospects through outbound prospecting, social selling, networking, events and other activities will help expand our brand and become your passion.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in technology sales and marketing.
In this position, you will engage target prospects, identify key persona’s in high value accounts, and lay the foundation for a strong, long lasting relationship.
You’ll conduct high volume prospecting and setup discovery calls for Mid-Market and Enterprise Account Executives.
You’ll also collaborate with key executives within Sales & Marketing.
When life goes back to normal, you can look forward to representing the Propel brand at industry events.
Note: This is an in person role at our Santa Clara Headquarters.

Core Duties:
Raise awareness and generate interest in Propel through cold calling, emailing and social outreach via LinkedIn
Schedule sales appointments for Account Executives
Exceed daily activity guidelines (roughly 70 calls and 30 emails daily)
Conduct regular research of your target accounts and the people you are interacting with to tailor your messaging
Become a Propel and manufacturing industry expert
Regularly interact with Marketing, Account Executives, Operations and other cross-functional groups to ensure we are maximizing our effectiveness out to the market
Qualifications:

$60,000 - $65,000 a year
We take into account an individual’s location, qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary.
This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave.
