The Retail Sales Associate will be working on their feet in a fast-paced environment that will require you to slide between duties from selling, refilling store needs, assisting with visual merchandising, processing register transactions, and etc… A key expectation that will define your success in the role, is a candidate who is confident in interacting with people and takes great satisfaction from knowing your great service has made a customer’s day better.
In summary… * As the Retail Sales Associate you must be welcoming to customers and confident to engage with people * Able to serve Gelato and Coffee, while selling our high-quality chocolates * Be flexible according to the operational needs, able to take on duties to support your team * High standards of appearance, presentation cleanliness and work quality * Confident to work a cash register and manage cash operations * Experience in visual merchandising and a critical eye for how things are displayed * Ability to learn our recipes and take in knowledge of the ingredients and allergens * Work effectively and efficiently with and without direction * Demonstrate a ‘growth mindset’, always being proactive Key skills that the Sales Associate role requires… * Adaptable mindset.
