Athelas is a cutting-edge medical device company working on creating healthcare monitoring for patients based in Mountain View.
We are in need of a production operator to assist our production team on a 9:00am-5:30pm Mon-Fri morning shift.
Operators will gain production experience and contribute to our development of successful manufacturing procedures.
Must have an eye for detail, and be responsible and punctual.
Successful operators will be able to grow with the company as our production expands.
Position starts *ASAP,* no experience needed.
*Responsibilities*
* Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures.
* Report on issues, malfunction or defective parts.
* Follow all safety regulations as stated.
* Work comfortably as part of a team on some tasks, and work comfortably with minimal supervision at other times.
* Assist with product testing, labeling, and packaging.
* Support the inspection & testing of incoming materials & finished products to ensure compliance with specifications & quality standards.
* Support shipping of customer orders.
* Be able to clearly communicate ideas, problems, and solutions.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment.
* Other duties as assigned.
*Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*
* Ability to interpret and execute tasks according to SOP’s
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Attention to detail
* Self-motivation and flexibility of job assignments
*Work Schedule:*
9:00am to 5:30pm Monday-Friday
*Physical Demands:*
* Ability to lift 40-45 pounds
